Hi, I'm Cassa.
I went from freezing my butt off in Antarctica to helping people thaw out their thinking. I grew up on a ranch in Montana, but my hunger for experience took me across all seven continents, from teaching in Prague to supporting scientific research in Antarctica to coaching in New Zealand. I made “try it and see” my operating system. What I learned: you don’t need a passport stamp to change your story. Now, I bring that same spirit of curiosity, exploration, and grit and my years of experience to my coaching work, whether my clients are leaders at all levels or business owners... they’re able uncover their true potential, create new realities, and feel really great about how they spend their time.
